IAIS 713 (in the enginehouse) and 700, fresh from Mid American Car in Kansas City, are set up for service in Council Bluffs on December 30, 2004. LLPX SD38-2 2805 idles alongside the road power just in from that morning's Blue Island-Council Bluffs train.
