Norfolk Southern's "Honoring Our Veterans" SD60E visits the IAIS, making a round trip to Silvis from Peoria. I caught it returning to Peoria on SIPE-15. NS 6920 was the 5th "special paint" to visit the IAIS (S&A, WAB, NYC and CR were others).
