Front Gyralight and front left class light have been removed.  I'm not sure what work is taking place that required removal of the brakewheel housing and access to the sanding valves.  Note new cab door.

IAIS 151 on 12/19/2012, the last SD38-2 left in Council Bluffs after four years in storage there.  Sister units were all moved to South Amana the prior weekend, where they'll remain in storage.
