Notes:

  • Like all ten PRSL GP38s, IAIS 600 was built with dual control stands so it could be easily run in either direction. By 2006, only the standard right-side control stand remained. It kept the odd extended front windows, however.
  • 600 came to IAIS in North Louisiana & Gulf paint, but was eventually repainted in Phase III paint at National Railway Equipment. However, the stripe was applied four inches lower than every other unit.
