Album: IAIS 6988 - QJ 2-10-2

Engineer's side view of IAIS 6988, a detailed and renumbered Bachmann QJ-type 2-10-2 with touched up detail painting and new IAIS heralds. On the QJs, the engineer is seated on the left side of the cab.

While I was working on the 6988 I decided to narrow my layout's era to Spring 2005, and later narrowed further to just May of that year. Since the QJs didn't arrive until June 2006, they were no longer a fit, so the 6988 will now join 7081 on Colin O'Brien's HO scale roster.
