Day four of Riverway 2006 called for the QJs to run from the Quad Cities to Fruitland, Iowa on the IC&E's ex-RI Golden State Line. Here the train is coming down 5th street in Davenport, where they will take the IC&E interchange track at Missouri Division Junction to access ICE rails at West Dav Yard. September 17th, 2006.
