IAIS SOLD TO RRDC

Railroad Development Corp. has acquired full ownership of both Iowa Interstate and all of the other assets of the other former owner (and original founder) Heartland Rail Corp. Partners. At the moment, apparently no changes are expected. As of today (5-Jan-2004), it's the top story on Railway Age's Breaking News. - NDH
