IAIS GP38 604, a factory-painted Atlas unit with added details, some minor alterations, and weathering.  I added C&O-style slotted battery-box doors, pilot plates, MU hoses, beacon, windshield wipers, horn, MU and radio antenna, MU cable, coupler cut lever extensions, Cannon fans and fuel tank detail set, cab vent, sandbox access knockouts, ditch lights, and "Work Safely" decals.
