IAIS 900, made from an undec. Atlas Trainman Series RS-36

A handful of modifications were made, including a styrene plate on the front and rear pilots, Kato M.U. hoses, numerous Details Associates and Details West parts, I unfortunetaly didn't make a list like I should have.

A firecracker antenna is mounted over the cab along with its Nathan M3 air horn. Most of the grabs were custom made with wire, and I used scale chain and some styrene to replicate the pully braking system used on the front trucks on both sides. Other then basic paint and decals, I used a watered down rust color to wash the battery boxes and trucks, and gave the pilots a mild but affective coat of mud.

Rear view of the 900, I couldn't get the right depth of field at the time to bring the model into focus... I have now learned better but am too lazy to re-shoot it.
