Scenery is underway on my IAIS Perry Branch layout. The decision was made to construct the basic landforms on the layout BEFORE laying any track.
Plan is to complete the Waukee section first, including laying track, before starting on the West Des Moines section.

Using foam does create a mess! A surform tool is used to carve and shave the foam to the desired contour. By: James McNab
